Services Provided

AsaanLegal offers paralegal support including research, drafting, and preparation of Supreme Court filing-ready documents. Services are limited to those outlined on the website and do not include translation services unless expressly requested and paid for at actual cost.

Payment Terms

All service fees must be paid in advance, prior to commencement of work. Failure to pay on time may result in delayed or cancelled services.

Translation Services

The quoted service cost does not include any translation services. Should such services be required, they will be arranged and charged at actual prevailing rates.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AsaanLegal’s total liability arising out of or related to the provision of services shall not exceed 10% of the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question, regardless of the cause or form of action.

Disclaimer

Services provided by AsaanLegal do not constitute legal representation. We provide document preparation and paralegal support; litigants are responsible for filing and any further legal processes. Litigants may opt for Pro Bono Services offered by lawyers empaneled with us.

Modification of Terms

AsaanLegal reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this website.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
